I offer full-service website management services. This is because it gives me the most control and insight over your website. This, in turn, gives me the information and levers I need to optimize your site and improve performance. For example, metrics like page load speed are more important than ever, and are aspects I relentlessly focus on improving.

I will do as much as possible and involve outside resources more on a crowd-sourcing basis. As a website project manager there is overlap with managing other types of projects like logos or consistent content.

It depends on the website management package you choose. With the Standard package we’ll work with you over email. On the Pro level we will have scheduled calls. At the Peak level we can do unlimited phone and email support.

The time it takes to complete a project is a function of the project details. A more complex and larger site will take longer. If you are in a hurry we can discuss options for expediting your site.

It’s not the end of the world, but we will pause the project until we receive the feedback. And then restart according to what our schedule allows for, given the pause due to the missed deadline.

Content, communication, and cooperation are the best things you can bring to the website management process.

The short answer is experience. I’ve done this for so long that I know what it takes to succeed. It’s often not a straight line. But managing the twists and turns is what it’s all about. Somehow, setting goals often creates results – so we describe goals, track results, and make adjustments.
